We do not handle them!

Ok so working in a court can have it's fun times and it's bad times. And I know that getting a citation isn't fun but here is the thing, the court clerks did NOT issue you these citations. So don't come in there with all that attitude like the court clerk issued the citation to you.  If the officer had attitude (and trust me some of the people that I have to deal with I can see why the officer had attitude) it is, again, NOT the court clerk who was rude to you. Just a though you might want to keep in the back of you mind when you are handling your citation. And I do understand that not all courts are a friendly as the one that Iwork in but still you shouldn't blame someone for something that they did not do.

Another we don't handle them is the red light cameras.  They are done by a civil process not a municipal one.   So when we say we do not handle it that means don't say I have one question....because we don't handle it and that means we do not handle it at ALL!  It would be like going to Wal-Mart and asking what the price of milk is at Target...they DO NOT  know so don't ask. It amazes me that people will continue to ask questions when told that we do not handle them. I don't know if there is a possible solution to this or if there is a better way to say it to where some people will understand it better.  So if you can think of a solution please let me know! I am open for suggestions :)
